Getting started

Before we confirm your visit

01

Send a short message

Tell us you are new to the practice and briefly describe your question.

02

Discuss availability

We review the current options and agree what kind of visit fits.

03

Prepare together

We explain which information is needed and how to share it.

04

Receive confirmation

We confirm the appointment and practical details after discussing them with you.

Preparation

What to have ready

Your questions

Write down what you want to discuss, including any changes you have noticed.

Medication information

Have an up-to-date list ready for the visit, including medicines you use regularly.

Earlier dental care

Tell us about recent treatment and your previous practice. We explain how any relevant records can be requested with your permission.

Support for your visit

Mention anxiety, access needs or communication needs before you come.

In the treatment room

We explain before we begin

We ask about your health, dental history and what matters to you. We explain the examination and discuss any further checks we suggest. If treatment is needed, we talk through the choices and expected costs. A first visit does not mean that every treatment takes place that day.
Read about a check-up

An intake is different from a routine check-up

The 2026 intake consultation is € 57,01 (C001). A routine check-up is € 28,51 (C002). These are separate types of consultation, not two standard charges for one visit. X-rays or other procedures, when needed, are discussed separately. We explain the expected items before you agree.

A few first-visit questions

Should I send my medical history with my request?+

No. A short description is enough to start. We explain how to share health information needed for your care.

What if it has been a long time since my last check-up?+

Tell us when you contact us. We start with your current situation and discuss what should happen next.

Can I ask about access before travelling?+

Yes. Tell us what you need when requesting a visit. We discuss the practical options before confirming your appointment.

Shall we discuss your first visit?

Tell us you are new and what you would like help with. We will discuss availability and the next step with you.
