Before you visit
Practical answers about our practice. For a question about your own teeth, we may need to examine your mouth before we can advise you.
Arranging a visit
Can I join as a new patient?+
Contact us to discuss current availability. Sending a request does not confirm registration or an appointment.
How do I request an appointment?+
Send a short message through the contact form. Tell us whether you are already a patient and when you are usually available. We confirm the visit after discussing your request.
What are your opening hours?+
We are open Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00. We are closed at weekends and see patients by appointment.
How do I change an appointment?+
Use the contact form to tell us which appointment you want to change. Please let us know as soon as possible. The change is final once we have confirmed it.
During your visit
I feel anxious about dental visits. Can I mention this?+
Yes. Tell us what you find difficult and what has helped before. We discuss the pace, explanations and a pause signal with you.
Do you see children?+
Yes. We adapt our explanation to your child and discuss what feels manageable. Tell us about earlier visits when you contact us.
Can I speak English during my visit?+
Yes. You can ask questions in Dutch or English. Mention any other communication needs before the visit so we can discuss the options.
Will I always need an X-ray?+
No. We explain why we suggest an X-ray if it could help assess your mouth. Extra tests are not a standard part of every visit.
Treatment and costs
Will you explain the costs before treatment?+
Yes. We discuss the proposal and expected costs before planning treatment. Ask for an itemised estimate if you would like to see the separate parts.
Is a listed price the cost of the whole visit?+
Not always. The prices page lists individual procedures. An examination, an X-ray, cleaning or a filling may be separate items. We explain which items are relevant to your visit.
Will my insurer reimburse my treatment?+
This depends on your policy and the proposed care. Check the estimate and procedure codes with your insurer. We cannot promise reimbursement.
Do I have to decide on treatment straight away?+
You can ask for more explanation or time to consider the options. We discuss the timing and any reason why waiting could affect the plan.
Keep your first message brief
Describe your question in a few words. Please leave detailed medical history and documents out of the contact form. We discuss how to share any information needed for your care.
Is your question still unanswered?
Send us a short message. We will discuss whether a visit or a further conversation is the right next step.
